Subway is the most efficient means to traveling around Seoul. It’s inexpensive and leads to almost all corners of the city.

One of the best subway maps in English on the Internet seems to be this one at Johomaps.com. Unlike other subway maps with only stations, it also includes information on major places.

The problem with the above map is that it was last updated in 2006 and may not include latest changes.

For the most recent map, you can go to the website of Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation. This online map shows detailed information on each line and train schedule of each line and last train time.
